Topshop renews its lease in Cleveland Centre

14 July 2016

British fashion retailer Topshop has renewed its lease in the fashion hub of the Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough, for a further five years.

Topshop occupies 16,000 sq ft, under the banner of Topshop/Topman, in one of the largest units in the centre and has been trading successfully since 2006. They are a key retailer who, by renewing their lease, have demonstrated their commitment to Middlesbrough and the Cleveland Centre.

Top Shop is one of the best known fashion retailers selling both mens and womens clothing, shoes, make-up and accessories. It has increasingly expanded overseas and now has some 500 shops worldwide, of which 300 are in the UK, alongside a growing online presence.

Alison Gurney of Waypoint New Frontier with Jason Oddy of Brassington Rowan worked with Topshop/Arcadia Group to complete this new lease.
