Burton gains a New Look!

New Look Menswear has signed its first lease in Coopers Square Shopping Centre, Burton upon Trent.

The British fashion retailer will open its doors to customers on 29 September 2016, occupying the 1,963 sq ft unit for the next ten years at an annual rent of 63,000.

Owned by South African billionaire Christo Wiese, the company has over 1,000 stores internationally, extending across most of Europe and stretching as far as Asia. Menswear is on the rise and New Look has quickly gained a position at the forefront of male high street fashion after launching this range only last year.

Alison Gurney of Waypoint New Frontier, jointly with managing agents at Cushman & Wakefield and Lunson Mitchenall, worked with New Look to complete the new lease.
